The plan sets forth the vision, strategy and guidelines allowing all individuals, corporations and governments to work together to solve common problems. Eliminate poverty, dramatically reduce crime and restore our natural environment by creating profitable community-owned industrial production with multiple revenue streams.  A national umbrella association coordinating the collaboration of businesses and governments into a common plan of action building new eco-cities across America.

 

The plan identifies and coordinates strategic sources of funding through Public-Private partnerships. By building environmental infrastructures and facilities we create new platforms for industries in environmental technology development, Ai generative manufacturing and organic food production.
